Avoca Online dispatches orders within two working days of receiving payment confirmation. All our deliveries are dispatched with New Zealand Post.

Avoca Online offers you the option of 'Free Gift Wrapping' with your package. This option is available at "Shopping Cart" (please tick "Gift wrap my order!").

Delivery within New Zealand

Postage costs within New Zealand: $4.50

It usually takes three days or less for delivery within New Zealand. 

International Delivery

You enjoy TAX FREE SHOPPING when the products are send internationally! (New Zealand GST is 15%)

Time taken to deliver to:

up to 6 working days (Express delivery)

7 to 14 working days (Standard delivery)


As a result of Covid-19 (coronavirus), delays in delivering are expected. This is due to major flight cancellations and space constraints. 

Avoca Online dispatches packages Monday to Friday; except for public holidays (in New Zealand). 

It may take longer than noted above to deliver your package during Christmas, Easter and the New Years holiday period due to the availability of the courier and postage services.

If the product(s) you ordered is currently out of stock, we will endeavour to complete the order as soon as possible; usually within one to two working days

  • On the odd occasion that we can not obtain the product within one to two working days from our supliers, we will contact you. 

Customs and Duty:

Restricted products;

Some products may be restricted or not allowed in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if the items you are purchasing are permitted in your country it is your responsibility to check.

Parcel unclaimed;

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a receiver in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund to the value of the product. We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned.

Customs Duties and Taxes;

The receiver is responsible for payment of any Customs duty, VAT or any regulatory charges made by Customs authorities in the destination country. In the event of non-payment by the Receiver, the parcel will not be returned but will instead be destroyed or disposed.
